Today’s post will look at the Ventura County real estate market in July 2018. Inventory remains over the 2 month level for the 4th month in a row. Prices are up 11.7% from last year and up 0.7% from last month.

This data is pulled directly from the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and may not contain information on properties that were sold off market. Number of homes sold does not include residential income, lots and lands, or commercial.
