Last summer I received a letter from Dream Home Property Solutions, offering to purchase my Mandalay Bay Home. Although I had not listed the property for sale, I had been thinking about selling it for some time. Because it was occupied by a long-term tenant who had become a friend, I was not actively seeking to sell. However, I responded to Dream Home that I was interested, provided that the price was right, that the property would transfer “as is,” that no corrective work would be performed at my expense, there would be no sales commission, and finally, that my long-term tenant would be afforded sufficient time to vacate the property. Although we experienced a few “bumps” along the road to closing escrow, we did so without major issues. I would recommend to any seller that an offer from Dream Home be given thoughtful consideration.
