Dream Home Property Solutions, LLC is a professional, full service real estate solutions firm that buys and sells properties throughout Santa Barbara and Ventura counties. We specialize in assisting clients with any real estate situation that they may find themselves in. Founded in 2014 by Ainslee Charles and Cornelius Charles, Dream Home Property Solutions is excited to be part of Southern California’s rejuvenation and we aspire to contribute to the economic revival of the area. We are passionately pursuing the goal to help hundreds of people in our community find an answer to their real estate needs.

Our Story
Cornelius graduated with his Bachelor’s in Engineering from the University of California, San Diego and his Master’s in Business Management from Capella Univeristy. During the day, Cornelius works as a mechanical engineer for the United States Department of the Navy. He leads a team of engineers, logisticians, technicians, and contractors supporting Combat System test events to discover any deficiencies before the government takes ownership of Naval and Coast Guard ships from the ship builders. He has successfully led projects in excess of seven million dollars to achieve results that are within budget and on time.
Ainslee graduated with her Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice from the California State University, Sacramento. Before devoting herself to real estate full time, Ainslee was a contractor supporting the Department of Defense. Her logistical expertise ensured that personnel and parts were on location in time to support mission requirements. Ainslee now manages property in Northern California that she acquired before moving to Ventura county.
For years, Ainslee and Cornelius have dreamed of creating their own real estate business, but didn’t know how it would work. They just knew they had to start somewhere; so they jumped right in, and decided to make their dream a reality. With a goal to work together in real estate doing what they love, Ainslee and Cornelius desire to share their passion of real estate with others. Now their dream has become a reality, and Dream Home Property Solutions, LLC is the materialization of that dream.
