Last summer I received a letter from Dream Home Property Solutions, offering to purchase my Mandalay Bay Home. Although I had not listed the property for sale, I had been thinking about selling it for some time. Because it was occupied by a long-term tenant who had become a friend, I was not actively seeking to sell.
