Ainslee graduated with her Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice from the California State University, Sacramento. Before devoting herself to real estate full time, Ainslee was a contractor supporting the Department of Defense. Her logistical expertise ensured that personnel and parts were on location in time to support mission requirements. Ainslee now manages property in Northern California that she acquired before moving to Ventura county. Ainslee is also a licensed real estate salesperson working under Ventura Property Shoppe (CA License # 01969612).

Cornelius Charles | Co-Owner

Cornelius graduated with his Bachelor’s in Engineering from the University of California, San Diego and his Master’s in Business Management from Capella University. During the day, Cornelius works as a mechanical engineer for the United States Department of the Navy. He leads a team of engineers, logisticians, technicians, and contractors supporting Combat System test events to discover any deficiencies before the government takes ownership of Naval and Coast Guard ships from the ship builders. He has successfully led projects in excess of seven million dollars to achieve results that are within budget and on time.
